Gaye has been involved in the concept, planning, and development of spas and health clubs for East West since 1998 and currently oversees their operations and financial performance. The spas have won numerous industry awards, including top 25 spas in the world as voted by Conde Naste Traveler. Gaye frequently speaks on spa trends and best practices and was awarded Spa Manager of the Year by the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association in 2014. She has also been involved as a board member of Green Spa Network.
