PAYROLL
• Manage daily operations related to payroll needs of all employees
• File weekly, quarterly and annual tax reports and forms
• General project management for all Payroll systems and legislative updates • Payroll rate and position analysis and reporting
• Manage garnishments, liens and court order deductions
• Weekly payroll deduction changes and earnings updates
• Ensure all regulatory updates across systems are completed
• Training provided for employees, managers, and controllers
BENEFITS
• Daily management of inquiries regarding plan administration and benefit programs
• Communication of benefit enrollment details and wellness initiatives
• Annual plan review for budget strategy meetings
• Coordinate and manage annual open enrollment
• Execution of competitive suite of benefits including wellness programs
• Healthcare, 401K, and retirement account administration
• Manage benefit brokers and resources for medical, dental, vision, insurance, and
disability programs
• Ensure maintenance of all government regulatory requirements
