COLLEEN WEISS-HANEN PRESIDENT/
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Colleen was appointed President
and Chief Executive Officer in April 2018. She has worked at East West Hospitality since 1994 recently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Asset Manager. Colleen oversees all of the financial and strategic operations for the East West Hospitality’s diverse portfolio of companies.
Fast Fact: Colleen was born in the Philippines and lived in England and Africa as the child of a U.S. government employee.
PETER DANN
MANAGING PARTNER/
CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Peter oversees hospitality operations in Eagle County, Colorado and focuses on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining East West Hospitality in 1992, Peter spent 15 years in construction management. He holds an active Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license, is state and nationally certified in Association Management, and holds board positions with the Colorado Hotel Lodging Association and the Eagle County Air Alliance.
Fast Fact: Peter is certified in underwater commercial construction and spent a month working 400 feet underwater in the Gulf of Mexico.
KEVIN GRAHAM, CCAM, PCAM
MANAGING PARTNER/
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Joining East West Hospitality in 1996, Kevin leads East West Hospitality’s operations in Tahoe, CA, Snowmass, CO, and Hawaii. He has held various controller, general manager, operational, and business development roles in
Palm Springs, Kauai, Vail, Big Sky, Steamboat Springs and Breckenridge/ Keystone. He is a member of the California Association of Community Managers, and the Community Association Institute.
Fast Fact: Kevin was the flag bearer
for Team Jamaica during the opening ceremonies of the 1999 World Alpine Ski Championship in Vail/Beaver Creek.
