Happy New Year!! The month of January brings so many transitions and observances. Not only do we get
National Train Your Dog Month, National Get Organized Month, and National Hat Day, we leaders at MIL
get to focus on and conduct Performance Reviews!!! Don’t sweat it. The HR Team is here to help. This issue is
designed to provide general information and best practices for giving annual performance reviews at MIL.
Here’s a recap of the timeline:
» 12/20: Employee’s self-evaluation is due
» 1/14: Manager’s submission of team member’s evaluation is due
» 1/31: Manager’s review meeting with team member is due
» 2/1: Employee acknowledgement of review is due
