The MIL Pledge
In this issue of the Leadership Line we are excited to introduce The MIL Pledge. The MIL Pledge is how we
leverage each person to make a positive difference through the ways we communicate and interact with our
customers and each other.
Over the next few issues, we will explore one of the three tenets, focusing on how leaders can exemplify and coach
employees:
1. I respect my colleagues. Please take a moment to review and reflect on the pledge in its entirety.
2. I communicate effectively. We look forward to sharing with you all the ways you can become a part
