Decision Making
Heads or tails? Coin flipping is a simple and easy way to make a random decision. It is commonly
used to settle disputes or to decide who goes first in a game. Flipping a coin can provide a sense of
relief for someone who is feeling overwhelmed or frustrated by the decision-making process.
In business, we often have too much at stake to make decisions based on random coin tosses. It
is best to apply sound logic, reasoning, and data to help evaluate options and outcomes. Effective
decision-making is a skill that employees and teams use to complete tasks, overcome challenges,
and achieve goals.

decisions don’t always have to be a simple yes or firm no.
