Your Support Professional could be in the running to become Just Better Care’s Making It Possible winner of 2018. All you have to do is nominate them by sharing your story about how they support you to achieve your goals. Holly makes such a difference in Terrence’s life, so he nominated her for the Possible Awards.
Holly has been supporting me to live independently at home for about
six or seven months. Holly comes to my apartment to assist me with the cleaning and she does an excellent job. Her warmth and positive attitude is really infectious. I look forward to seeing Holly when she comes in. She’s not even aware of the great impact she has on my life.

Holly always says the right thing
at the right time. It’s not about the cleaning, but the way she leaves me feeling better about myself after she has gone. One morning she told me I was looking well, better than she had seen me looking. That was perfect as that day I was in a lot of pain and feeling very low. This may only seem like a small thing, but to me it is a huge. Holly has a unique and wonderful gift.
