Introduction
Just Better Care supports older people, and people living with disability
to live safely and independently in their own homes and to stay connected to their local communities.
Since our inception 15 years ago, we’ve been empowering our customers by putting individual preferences and support needs at the centre of our approach. We are very fortunate to have such passionate, committed and dedicated teams of people making a difference. The support provided by Just Better Care staff across the network has been recognised by hundreds of people nominating employees and offices via the Possible Awards Employee Recognition Program.
