We have been blessed to always“have had such a great Community Support Professional to care for Mum. Last year Mum became ill and was hospitalised and we really thought we were not going to be able to keep her at home. Mum was also in respite for a long period of time and transitioning her back to her home required patience and dedication.
Thanks to our Community Support Professional’s care for Mum, it has assisted me, and more so Mum’s wellbeing, which is so important for me. They support me in so many ways, such as ensuring we are on top of monitoring Mum’s iron levels, nutrition, exercise and personal care with a beautician’s touch - lovely painted nails and gentle hand massages - which Mum loves!

We feel safe with our Community S“upport Professional assisting our mum and dad. In these hard times you really see the strength in people like him. Our parents are elderly and now alone due to COVID-19. For the last few years my mum really depends on Just Better Care for support, and
our Community Support Professional has been nothing short of exceptional.
