Ethical Partnership Framework
As reform continues across the aged care and disability support sectors, we are working with our brokerage partners to maintain transparent and ethical partnerships.
Our honest approach to brokerage means that we respect your relationship with your customers - we do not solicit, entice or approach customers to change providers.
Above all, we believe that through a robust partnership, together we can strengthen choice and service offerings for customers.
Through our Ethical Partnership Framework, we commit to:
• Work collaboratively by acting in accordance with the partnership agreements to be professional, courteous and cooperative in all dealings with stakeholders.
• Support you to be responsive to customers’ needs by providing care and support that is responsive, timely and allows for choice and diversity.
• Embed the principles of Ethical Partnerships to ensure Coordinator, Case Managers and Community Support Professionals are informed and uphold the principles of ethical practices through their employment.
• Provide open and honest communication with partners and communicate all feedback received from a customer or their representative.
