Upon accessing the Learning

Wages
Time and attendance records are
maintained in our mobile scheduling
system/mobile app.
Following receipt of your time and
attendance record, you will be paid
weekly, directly into your nominated
bank account. Your payslip will detail
the hours you are being paid for and
will be sent to you via email.
Team Meetings
Regular team meetings are a time
for staff to keep in touch, discuss
workplace issues, receive further
training and enjoy some social time
together. Team meetings can occur in
a number of ways and may be face-
to-face, via telephone or online. From
time to time a guest speaker may be
invited to talk to you about specific
topics and issues that are relevant to
your work.
As a Just Better Care representative,
you are our point of reference for news
in the field. We encourage your input
and ideas, and team meetings are a
great opportunity to share your ideas.
