To be eligible to receive NDIS funding, a formal assessment is usually required. This helps you to access the right level of government funding to support the cost of the services you need. You can check your eligibility for the NDIS through the Access Checklist on the government’s website at ndis.gov.au/applying-access-ndis.
Just Better Care staff can provide you with the appropriate contact details to help you obtain the eligibility assessment.
Whether it’s providing assistance around the home, offering companionship, facilitating attendance at work or training, or coordinating and providing support for social outings, we do all we can to enable people with disability to enjoy a full and rewarding life.
