Motivating our team is not something Just Better Care traditionally
struggles with.
Our people love their work, they
find joy in empowering others to achieve their goals and they thrive on the personalities they meet and the interactions they get to enjoy.
A specially curated group of outstanding characters, they do what they do because they can’t imagine experiencing the same sense of fulfilment in any other field of work.
Yet while our humble Community Support Professionals, our nursing staff and those
who work in our office never
seek recognition for a job well done, we feel it’s important to commemorate those who
go above and beyond in their
daily roles.
In 2018 we sought to formalise this process by launching the Possible Awards, an annual celebration that highlights those individuals who embody all that is
great about the in-home aged care and disability support sector.
It is an event made possible only through your support. We now need your help to identify our future award winners.
Nominations have officially opened for our 2020 event and
we want to hear from customers, friends, family members, Franchise Owners, managers and suppliers about our team members who deserve to have their hard
work recognised.
Whether it’s because they have proved themselves invaluable when it comes to solving a long- standing issue, their commitment to those entrusted to their care
or just because of the qualities of excellence they display as they go about their daily tasks, we want to know about it.
