promotes aged care services and the reverse side lists out some FAQ’s
and the process of switching to Just Better Care.

Warrnambool).
Results: 6 Home Care Packages in the following two months , in addition we had an influx in enquiries, mostly
from people who hadn’t started the HCP application process.
