PASSION FOR COMMUNITY CARE AWARDED
Just Better Care made it to the top five of the Passion Award Category for this year’s Topfranchise Awards, thanks to its delivery of
a professional franchise model that benefits franchisees, staff and customers alike.
Owners from across the network were invited to complete an online survey to determine their satisfaction with Just Better Care’s franchise model.
The annual awards recognise best practice within the franchising sector across multiple categories including marketing, branding, support, lifestyle, expansion and passion.
Just Better Care Chief Operating Officer Alison Chandler said they were thrilled with the award, and thanked all franchisees for their dedication to delivering high standards of community
care and support to communities across Australia.
“We have spent more than 10 years building and developing a business model, drawing from the collective knowledge of 33 – and growing – existing franchised territories throughout Australia,” Alison said.
“Maintaining strong relationships with our franchisees is one of the most important aspects of our business model. We work with franchisees, providing them with tangible and intangible resources, to ensure their businesses operate to a high standard.”

agreed, saying Just Better Care promoted a culture of openness across the business.

communicated with the parent company and other franchisees to share insights about their day-to- day business operations, as well as approaches to service delivery.
