Travelling
Introduction
Travelling is often one of the most challenging situations you’ll face when you have allergies. In this chapter, you will find out that, when you plan ahead, do your research, and get creative, it is possible to go almost anywhere.
There are definitely some places that are easier to visit than others. Things get more difficult if there is a language barrier, if the cuisine in the area often uses your allergen(s), or if the place is somewhere where allergies are much less common. However, even in the more difficult places, it is still possible to have an enjoyable trip if you’re vigilant and well prepared.
