Sample Patient Workflow
1. Assessment: We are available 365 day a year, 24 hours a day. Patient will receive a phone intake Assessment within 24 hours of the referral or outreach.
2. Intake Process: When Patient is accepted, they will receive a clinical bio-psychosocial assessment within 48 hours of the intake.
3. Treatment Process: Patient will be assigned a Therapist within 72 hours who will start treatment and align within-house Psychiatrist and/or Medical Doctor for the appropriate level of care (MAT , IOP ,PHP or Psychological Services)
4. Aftercare: Patient will work with our care coordinator, Certified Peer Specialist, and attending Clinician to create a post discharge plan that is recovery based. Post treatment, we enroll the Patient into the American Treatment Network Alumni Group, Family Support Group, and 12-Step program.
Evidence Based Medicated Treatment is a combination of pharmacology and counseling. Our program combines MAT, Counseling, and a full suite of complementary behavioral health programming with
care coordination to optimize chances of lifelong sobriety from drugs and alcohol.
