As the Q3 begins, it is a very critical moment to attract new blood joining us under on overall declining economy, so that we can better motivate our financial planners in achieving targets.
Therefore, we have produced a website exclusively for the recruitment team, which includes the real case sharing by some of our financial planners (e.g., why they joined us and their opinions on the insurance industry). These are presented in the forms of videos and interview transcripts.
