We quote on services prior to commencement.
Discounts
Not valid with any promotions. No discounts are available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Deposits
All new guests and online bookings require a deposit to secure an appointment.
Cancellations
48 hour cancellation policy. Deposits paid will be non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours.
Confirmations
4 days prior via text or email. We reserve the right to cancel non-confirmed appointments.
Payment
Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Afterpay. Some credit cards may incur a surcharge.
Refunds/Exchanges
Unopened retail items can be exchanged within 7 days to the salon of purchase with a receipt.
