SECTION 1
• Contains paperwork not available on your electronic PASS system:-
• QR code - All visitors must scan the code and complete their details when they visit the home. You have a back up blank visitor record if they do not have an electronic device in Section 3
• Financial Record Sheets - Please record ALL financial transactions you complete on a clients behalf on these record sheets.
• Incident Report Forms - Make sure you complete these for all incidents and photograph and email to the office: admin@rangerhomecare.com
• Body Maps - Following an incident if your client is injured please make sure you record on the body map, inform the District Nurse and Ranger Home Care immediately. 01252850040 and email to admin@rangerhomecare.com
SECTION 2- Helpful information
• Nutrition advice an example meal plan and recipes
• PASS instructions - in case you need a reminder
• Helpful QR codes - Whistleblowing, holiday booking and timesheet submission QR codes for you to use.
Section 3 - Back-up Paperwork in case PASS fails
• Home Care Record Sheets - please use these to record your actions, ONLY if your PASS is not working. However please call the office immediately to get your PASS working again as this is a legal requirement.
• Weekly Diary - Please record her the regular activities, outings or appointments your client as to enable another carer to manage their care needs smoothly and easily.
• Visitor Record - If the QR code doesn't work please record all visitors here.
