Each part of the process is designed to ensure that maximum spore kill is achieved in the minimum time, without compromising the sterility of the product.
*Extensive testing by the accredited and independent research centre, Campden BRI, has shown a constant >104 bacterial spore reduction of Bacillus atrophaeus (the bacterial spore recommended by both the VDMA and FDA for a dry sterilisation process) in under 30 mins. Further development of the system should result in even greater reductions in time.
