Always make sure the bed is at a good working height
Always remove bottom slide sheet first
Start by sliding hand and arm underneath natural gap in service user’s body e.g. neck, ankle and reach for the bottom slide sheet at the corner on the far side
Pass through to partner and they take hold of the corner and turn it under bring it towards themselves to service user’s shoulder level.
Your partner to repeat with top sheet.
