Construction is still very male dominated and suffers from toxic masculinity. Our research shows that a majority of men prefer Melp to 1-2-1 therapy options.
60% of our Melp app users identify as male vs just 30% of those that access therapy via our virtual clinics. For us, the most important attribute is that your employees have access to mental health support they need, in a format they feel comfortable with.
