As commercial heating systems warm air through a boiler, heat is circulated instantly and is therefore easier to control.
There is no need to keep heating on all the time. No building is completely energy efficient so energy will be lost while there is no one in the building, costing more to run.
Regular maintenance should reduce running costs, extend your boiler’s lifespan and prevent costly downtime. If you wait until your boiler breaks down, you may need to pay emergency callout charges.
While commercial boilers should last many years, older boilers may need frequent servicing and become less energy efficient, meaning energy bills will rise. Parts for older systems may be harder to get or more expensive, and air filtration may be less efficient than new systems.
