WHY ACCURATE MECHANICAL SERVICES?
As a PPM customer, you will benefit from servicing at a time to fit around your business to ensure minimal disruption. This could be at a quieter time of the year for you, during evenings or weekends, or during the spring an autumn to avoid any problems during the summer or winter.
As a PPM customer you will have complete peace of mind that your systems are working efficiently and are less likely to break down. Our regular servicing includes:
Cleaning and replacing filters as required to ensure they are not dirty or blocked
Checking the entire system for any leaks, including refrigerant where necessary
Testing electrical connections and making any repairs as required Checking the accuracy of the thermostat
Using only manufacturer approved parts to ensure any warranty conditions are met
Any replacement parts not held in stock are obtained quickly, due to our strong working relationship with leading industry manufacturers and suppliers
Advice on the overall condition of your equipment, highlighting any potential faults before they start causing a major problem or fail
All works are guaranteed – if you have any queries or in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied we will return to ensure that works are completed to your satisfaction
