Accurate Mechanical Services have become one of the key players within the Air Conditioning, Ventilation and Commercial Heating sectors within London, the South East and the West of England. They have long-term relationships with clients and offer a wide range of services within their field.
THE CHALLENGE
In short, the Accurate business was streets ahead of its marketing. The marketing lacked consistency and focus, the website was outdated and didn’t clearly define Accurate’s services and they had no brand presence on social media platforms. They also didn’t consistently engage with existing clients, other than functional interactions, such as invoicing.
