In the image above, the tank at Bald Hills is just below the large juniper which is at the left center of the image. The spring is in the gully to the right of the tank as you look uphill. At the time of my visits it was a seep with a small pool. The condition of the tank is very good, on our visit to the area on September 10, 2017 there were many tadpoles in the tank.
