   The government’s submitted budget for 2020 reveals just where the new government is setting its priorities.
In total, the 2020 budget is estimated to receive UAH1,079.5bn ($43.56bn) in income, with expenditures of UAH1,170bn ($47.23bn), resulting in a deficit of UAH95bn (3.84bn) or 2.09% of GDP.
The Ministry of Finance expects GDP growth of 3.3%, despite PM Honcharuk’s
