New IOOC CEO appointed
The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) CEO has appointed Alireza Salman Zadeh as the new CEO of the Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC).
Masoud Karbasian issued a decree on Wednesday to replace hamid Bovard with Salman Zadeh as the head of the IOOC which is a subsidiary of the NIOC.
IOOC operates Iran’s offshore oil fields in the Persian Gulf.

Iranian firm to develop Bilal gas field
The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) is to sign a $440m contract with a domestic company to develop Bilal Gas Field in the Persian Gulf.
Reza dehghan, the NIOC deputy director for development and engineering affairs, said the contract would be signed with Petropars Company next week.
he said by implementation of the offshore project, the field’s output will reach 500 million cubic feet per day of sour gas.
The produced gas will be transferred to Platform C of South Pars Phase 12 and, after processing, will be sent to the phase’s onshore refinery via a sea pipeline, dehghan said.
Bilal Gas Field is located east of South Pars in the Persian Gulf and 90 km southwest of Lavan Island.

The National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) has planned to offer 2 million barrels of
gas condensate on the international floor
of the Iran Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on September 11 at $56.9 per barrel.
According to NIOC, pursuant to the national budget bill, the Iranian Ministry of Petroleum is obliged to sell at least 2 million barrels of light crude oil, 2 mb of heavy crude oil and 2 mb of gas condensate at the IRENEX.
This will be the 10th condensate offering by NIOC on the market since 2018.
The minimum amount for land transport is 110 tons or 1,000 barrels for the item for each transaction.
The purchases may receive their cargoes three months after their purchase in areas approved of by NIOC.

Shearwater Geo returns for new contract in Turkey
Shearwater GeoServices holding is pleased to announce the award of a seismic acquisition and depth processing contract by Türkiye Petrolleri Anonim Ortakligi (TPAO). It is the second project to be executed for TPAO in 2019.
The survey covers an area of 6,200 sq. km and includes fast-track processing, followed by full time and depth processing. The 4-month project starts in Q3 2019 and will be conducted by the Polar Empress immediately after its completion of a full North Sea
summer season.

Vallourec wins ADNOC deal to supply tubing and casing
Vallourec has been awarded a contract by Abu dhabi National Oil Company for the supply of tubing and casing, over a five year period, with a possible 2-year extension, for an amount of USd 900 million.
It covers a full range of products, from standard API to high end premium OCTG for both onshore and offshore oilfields, and conventional to complex wells. In addition, Vallourec will supply a large range of “from mill to rig” services as part of its new Vallourec.smart services offer.
This award represents one of the largest awards received by Vallourec to supply international markets. It evidences the successful strategy and transformation of the Group, underlining the competitiveness of
its new manufacturing routes as well as its comprehensive offer of products and services. It illustrates the ongoing recovery of EA-MEA Oil & Gas markets.
