Russian wage arrears rose 14.2% in March to RUB2.92bn as of April 1,
the Federal State Statistics Service said in a statement on Monday. Wage arrears that emerged in 2019 accounted for 731mn or 25% of the sum, arrears that emerged in 2018 for 994.2mn, or 34.1%, and arrears that emerged in 2017 or earlier account for 1.195bn, or for 40.9% of the sum.
