Given the high 1H19-base in mining & quarrying (in LNG and crude oil extraction, in particular), the OPEC+ agreements and a potential spillover from China, analysts do not see the output in mining & quarrying being boosted in the near future.
Electricity & gas production was down -4.7% y/y in January​, water supply was in the black at +1.1% y/y. January this year was, on average, 5°C warmer than in 2019.
