The changes in the public register were registered in the last days of December.
The biggest change was registered on December 31, when the Tourism Development Fund, which owns facilities under construction at Panorama Tbilisi and Paragraph Shekvetili, was transferred to Cartu.
Prior to the change, these companies were entirely owned by Panamanian Frankston International.
The volume of the capital of the company according to the financial statements for 2018 was GEL580mn.

Lithuanian, Polish MPs agree on spearheading talks on EU membership for Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia
A group of MPs belonging to the Lithuanian-Polish Parliamentary Assembly on March 26 agreed to pave the way for EU membership negotiations with Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine during their EU presidencies.
Such a decision was made during the 22nd Assembly of the Seimas of Lithuania and the Sejm and Senate of Poland, held remotely.
Signed in the name of the assembly, the statement includes the goal to seek the allocation of the candidate status to associated countries of the EU Eastern Partnership programme, i.e. Moldova, Georgia and Ukraine, and the launch of EU membership talks during Poland and Lithuania's EU presidencies in 2025 and 2027.
With this statement, the Assembly also called on the Belarusian regime to end its crackdown on peaceful people and release people detained during demonstrations, release the detained leaders of the Polish minority in Belarus, including Andzelika Borys, chairperson of the Union of Poles in Belarus.
