The American Chamber of Commerce and Citi Ukraine presented the results of the new survey on doing business in Ukraine. The survey concluded that the biggest obstacle to doing business in Ukraine was the judicial system. This was the opinion of more than half - 56% - of companies that are members of the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine who took part in the survey. Other major obstacles are also related to the lack of the rule of law. According to the respondents, doing business in Ukraine, in addition to the courts, is hindered by law enforcement agencies (32%), tax authorities (28%), and oligarchs (28%).
Business confidence buoyed by financial strength by end-2021. In 2021, 90% of business representatives gave an upbeat forecast on their companies' financial health at the end of the year: 62% will achieve planned financial results, 28% will achieve more than was planned, and only 10% of companies will fail to achieve planned financial results according to a survey of the AmCham jointly with Citi Ukraine.

Poland simplifies entrance for Ukrainians. The term of 10-day quarantine is reduced in case of a negative test for Covid-19 Poland now includes Ukrainian citizens, who are allowed to enter the territory of the country, including tourism the Interior Ministry reported.
