     €140 million loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to Kyivteploenergo, the heating and hot water utility serving the Ukrainian capital, residents of Kyiv will benefit from upgraded and more reliable provision of district heating and hot water supply. The EBRD funding is to be co-financed by a joint contribution from Kyiv municipality and Kyivteploenergo of at least €26 million to finance the district heating network replacement. This new equipment will be fully compliant with the EU Industrial Emissions Directive
The United States plans to allocate over $463 million in assistance to Ukraine, including for programs aimed at promoting democracy, human rights, and decentralization, according to a joint statement of Kyiv and Washington dealing with the two countries' strategic partnership.
The United States has announced a new $60 million security assistance package for Ukraine, which includes Javelin anti-armor systems and other weapons.
A new IMF team is expected in Kyiv in September to resume talks about the release of the next $700mn tranche. Ukraine already received $2.7bn from the IMF in August as part of the $650bn SDR reallocation. There is also talk of extending the current SBA programme by six months beyond the end date of December.
€600 million in macro-financial assistance awaited from the EU. Presidential economic advisor Ustenko also affirmed that Kyiv expects this support by September 14.
World Bank may provide $150 mln for emergency response to COVID-19.
Health Minister Liashko says that after a meeting in Washington last week with World Bank Director for Human Development in Europe and Central Asia Fadia Saadah he received “assurances of the possibility of additional funding of up to $150 million, if necessary, for an emergency response to COVID-19 and vaccination in Ukraine."
 6.1.4 Budget dynamics - privatization
    Large-scale privatization under way. The process was unlocked by the parliament in March 2021. According to Deputy Head of the President's Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko, a four-fold increase in state budget revenues from privatization is expected in 2021 compared to the previous year. "In 2018, the growth of revenues from privatization amounted to 1.2%, in 2019 – 3.1%, in 2020 it was 350%,” and this year it is planned to keep boosting them.
“OdessaVinProm” was sold by the State Property Fund of Ukraine for UAH 234.9 mln ($8.8 mln). In the announcement, the fund said that 12 companies took part in the auction, and the starting price of the asset increased more than three-fold from 65 million to 234 million 900 thousand UAH.
The State Property Fund is selling a distillery in the Poltava region. For the fourth time, the State Property Fund has put the Vishnyakovsky distillery up for auction. The asset includes the separate property of the Vishnyakovo place of operation and the storage of alcohol of the State Enterprise Ukrspirt in the
