     Three An-178 aircraft will be built in Ukraine without using Russian components. "Complete elimination of dependence on the supply of components from the Russian Federation is among the main priorities Director of Ukroboronprom, Yuriy Husev said. The contract for the construction of three An-178 aircraft that was signed in the presence of President Volodymyr Zelensky in late December last year stipulates that all components will be imported. According to Husev, in order to build An-178 aircraft without Russian components, the Antonov Company will have to replace 54% of all parts used for the aircraft.
A new Ukrainian airline, Air Ocean Airlines, is importing three Russian-made An-178 regional jets to start air service by December, reports Avianews. After war broke out between Russia and Ukraine in 2014, the Siberian airline Angara found it increasingly hard to service the Ukraine-designed planes, due to the inability to import parts from the main factory in Kyiv. An An-178 can seat 65-85 passengers and has a maximum range of 4,000 km. Ukraine-based airlines largely use Antonovs to fly to countries of the former Soviet Union – Belarus, Georgia and Moldova.
Motor Sich and Baykar Makina sign a cooperation agreement. The leading aviation companies of Ukraine and Turkey have concluded a cooperation agreement. The signing ceremony took place during the Teknofest Aerospace and Technology Festival in Istanbul on September 24 (Ukrinform). “This is a product at the highest technological level. We effectively cooperate with Ukraine in terms of engines, in particular with Ivchenko-Progress and Motor Sich. It’s critical for our countries to support each other," said Haluk Bayraktar, the CEO of Baykar.

    Dragon Capital Acquires VIKING Business Center In Lviv. The A-class business center is located in downtown Lviv, at the intersection of Zelena and Pymonenko in the Sykhiv district. The total area of 18,766 square meters and parking for 102 vehicles. “This is our second business center in Lviv and the 14th in Dragon Capital's office real estate portfolio in Ukraine,” said CEO of Dragon Capital, Tomas Fiala.

Kernel Verevsky bought back $50 million of its shares. Kernel's subsidiary Etrecom Investments Limited of Cyprus has repurchased 3.23 million shares of Kernel shares at PLN 60 per share for a total of PLN 193.62 million (approximately $ 49.3 million at current exchange rates). This was reported by Kernel at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Interfax-Ukraine reported.
