Saudi Arabia’s Luberef is reported to be planning to launch an IPO of shares
on the Riyadh stock exchange.
Abadan upgrade incoming
Iran’s NIORDC anticipates that it will complete the first part of its project to
upgrade and stabilise Abadan within the next 12 months.
Dangote completion by year-end
Nigeria’s Dangote Group this week reiterated its intention to begin
operations at its greenfield, 650,000 bpd refinery at Lekki outside Lagos.
