to Iran’s proposal. In fact, Iran previously proposed the pipeline plan to Iraq, but talks on the project were halted in 2014 when Daesh captured large swathes of land in both Syria and Iraq.

Washington blamed these on Iran, although Tehran repeatedly denied responsibility, saying Washington was stoking fears, accusing the u.S. of trying to enforce
its unilateral oil sanctions through military pressure.

Trelleborg relocates

Trelleborg’s marine and infrastructure operation has relocated its headquarters and
Dubai marine fender sales operation to Jafza One, a new commercial complex in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai in the uAE
 e move to a larger o ce space follows the formation in Q1 2019 of Trelleborg’s marine and infrastructure operation, formerly Trelleborg Marine Systems.
 e company stated that, in addition to its marine solutions, the operation has extended its remit to include Trelleborg’s infrastructure operations as well as its Qingdao-based sales o ce and manufacturing facility, which manufactures marine fenders, docking and mooring equipment and advanced polymer solutions for railroads, bridges, tunnels, buildings and power plants.
Trelleborg has also expanded its team at the Dubai o ce, with two new additions to the operation’s management team and three appointments to the marine fender sales team.
Richard Hepworth, president at Trelleborg’s marine and infrastructure operation, commented, “At Trelleborg, we are continuously looking for ways to improve our o ering.  e relocation to a larger o ce in Dubai paves the way for an ever-expanding team, and it also means that we can provide greater local presence and expertise, ensuring that we can handle increased customer and project demands even better.”
