     The rise in the prices of individual products has in the past been limited by temporary export restrictions and tariffs, for example on cereals. It was also decided at the end of last year to introduce export duties and restrictions on cereals and certain other agricultural products as world and domestic prices rose sharply. Their regulation continues. Export duties on key cereals have recently been set to vary in price. The export duty on sunflower seeds was recently sharply raised and extended until the end of August 2022. The export duty on soybeans was also extended, but at the same time it was reduced.
The government is also planning a permanent and broader mechanism to reduce the impact of rising world market prices on domestic prices. The plan is reported to cover not only metals but also other commodity groups such as certain foods (including meat and milk) and fertilizers.
 2.5 US warns Russia over ransomware attacks, domestic cybercrime explodes
     Joe Biden warned Vladimir Putin that Russia would face consequences if it failed to crack down on ransomware cyber-gangs operating out of Russia that are targeting businesses worldwide during a phone call on June 9.
The two leaders spoke by phone, “about the ongoing ransomware attacks by criminals based in Russia that have impacted the United States and other countries around the world”, the White House said in the read out of their call, the first conversation since the two men met in Geneva on June 16. Cybercrime was high on that agenda.
