Tatiana Golikova will be responsible for the entire social direction - the main priority of the May decree. Including she will supervise a standard of living and incomes, labor relations, pension and medicines, national programs on demography, public health, education and science. For the first time in the list of responsibilities of the vice-premier is included supervision: in the sphere of education and science, sanitary-epidemiological and supervision in the field of consumer rights protection.
The duties of Alexander Khloponin , who was not included in the new government, are divided between Anton Siluanov (state regulation and turnover of alcohol products), Deputy Prime Minister for Agriculture Alexei Gordeyev (nature management and ecology) and former Minister of Sports Vitaly Mutko (national policy and national relations) .
Mutko's responsibilities include, in addition to construction, housing and urban environment, regional development and cooperation with Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Trutnev, apart from the development of the Far East, will also be responsible for the development of the Arctic.
