Russian Railways to invest $5mn in Skolkovo Ventures fund
Russian state railroad transportation monopoly Russian Railways (RZD) will invest RUB300mn ($5mn) in the Skolkovo Ventures fund, the head of the fund Pavel Morozov told Vedomosti daily on June 6.
Notably, this makes the second recent announce- ment of "heavy industry" major investing in Skolk-
ovo, with Russian Helicopters pledging to chip in RUB300bn to the fund as well.
The funds manages three venture funds, focuses on IT, industrial technologies, and smart agri- culture, respectively. Another major industrial investor is the jet builder United Aviation Building Corporation (UAC).
Bulgaria's IT Soft plans to offer bond issue on Sofia bourse
Bulgaria’s IT Soft has filed an application with the Bulgarian Stock Exchange for admission to trad- ing of a BGN7mn (€3.6mn) seven-year bond, the bourse said on June 11.
The financial supervision commission has already ap- proved the bond listing prospects at the end of May.
The issue consists of 7,000 bonds with a nominal value of BGN1,000 each. The bond carries an
annual coupon of 3.85% with payments due semi- annually.
The bonds were issued in 2017 and mature in 2024.
IT Soft is a unit of Bulgaria's Specialised Logistic Systems. It is specialised in development of software for insurance companies, financial companies, and GPS system for control of
public transport.
