Advances planned in Ukraine online services for business, officials say The Digital Transformation Ministry has set the goal of transferring 100% of Ukraine’s administrative services online in the next five years, deputy minister Oleksandr Borniakov told a forum in Lviv on September 29. “Of these, 20% of services will be without the interference of officials. We will launch about 20 services by the year end,” he said, as reported by the epravda.com.ua news
