is equipped with six dispensers with a multimedia option and a fuel system designed to cater to a maximum ow rate as per the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) safety standards. To factor in the waiting time inside the station, dispensers are built with retractable hoses to enable refuelling cars from both sides.
e station is also equipped with
the Vapour Recovery Systems (VRS) to prevent and control emissions, full LeD lights installed at the site to reduce energy consumption by 50 per cent and a VRF technology system for the air conditioning (AC) system, which saves 35 per cent energy as compared to conventional package AC systems.
e growing Al Faseel community also stands to bene t from other provisions at the site including Popeyes, Paavo’s Pizza, a drive-thru Starbucks and a 24-hour zOOM convenience store where you can pay utility and credit card bills, top up for Salik and telecoms, and pay for FlyDubai bookings. enoC

Iran’s petchem output to reach 90 tpy by 2022
First Vice President eshaq Jahangiri said Iran’s petrochemical production capacity was expected to reach 90 million tons per year from currently 64 million tpy by 2022.
According to IRNA, the o cial said
on Tuesday that the boost would be made possible once 18 new petrochemical projects came online by 2022.
Jahangiri, who was speaking in the southern Fars Province, said that such growth in the petrochemical sector of the country was unprecedented.

Iran to build new petchem hub in Mahshahr
e CeO of the National Petrochemical Company (NPC) said nal decisions regarding construction of a new petrochemical hub in the southwestern region of Mahshahr would be taken soon.
According to NPC, speaking in Mahshahr on Monday, Behzad Mohammadi said Mahshahr was an oil petrochemical hub and a key player in Iran’s petrochemical industry, adding that maintaining the status quo in the region and developing a new hub were the main goals sought in Mahshahr.
According to Mohammadi, developing downstream projects in the hub was top on NPC’s agenda. he also added that plans were being considered at NPC and nal decisions would be made about feedstock allocation to the future plants in the hub soon.
e o cial further said that an output of
5 to 6 million tons per year of petrochemical items was envisaged in designing the new hub which will be developed in a matter of 5 to 15 years.
