2019 will amount to RUB8.61 trillion, in 2020 - RUB9 trillion, in 2021 - RUB9.29 trillion. The expenses are RUB8.64 trillion, RUB9 trillion and RUB9.33 trillion respectively.
Interbudgetary transfers from the federal budget in 2019 are planned in the amount of RUB3.32 trillion, in 2020 - RUB3.4 trillion, in 2021 - RUB3.31 trillion. The share of budget money in pensions of Russians will increase. The indexation of the old-age insurance pension to non-working pensioners is planned from January 1, 2019 to be 7.05%, from 2020 - 6.6%, and from 2021 - to 6.3%. As a result, next year the average annual pension will reach RUB15,367 ($233.84), which is 173.7% of the subsistence minimum for a pensioner.
