Albania started a roadshow for its new Eurobond
of up to €500mn. The successful issuance of the Eurobond would be a guarantee for the improve- ment of the country’s debt structure and the reduction of the debt portfolio.
Turkey's Yildiz Holding is exploring a sale of Godiva chocolate’s Japanese business in a deal that could fetch around $1.5bn, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters. In May this year, Yildiz concluded months of discussions with almost a dozen banks to restructure two loans totalling $6.5bn, Turkey’s biggest ever loan re- structuring.
Moldova’s currency made a small step toward convertibility as it will be accepted for foreign exchange operations and banking transactions in Romania as of October 1. At this moment, the Moldovan leu cannot be exchanged in any foreign bank abroad.

Chinese company ZTE will invest in an electric bus assembly plant in Moldova, the government announced.
