Ukraine's industrial output fell by 2.7% year-on-year in March after 4.6% y/y drop in February, the State Statistics Service reported on April 21. The result reflects the impact of the transport blockade of rebel-held eastern territories in 2017. The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) revised in March its GDP growth forecast for 2017 down from 2.8% to 1.9% due to the trade blockade.
