At the same time, however, this “recovery haseen accompanied by a marked increase in price pressures. Consumer and producer price inflation reached multi year highs in July and shows no sign of letting up,” Capital Economics, a consultancy, said in a note to clients.
Several large emerging markets have raised interest rates aggressively this year in an attempt to keep rising inflation under control. Ukraine has raised its policy ratey 2 percentage points, Russia by 2.25 points and Brazil by 3.25 but pressures remain strong.
 2.4 Half of the Duma election votes were fake
     Famous Russian physicist and election statistician Sergei Shpilkin studied the voting patters in the Duma election and concluded some 14mn votes, roughly half of all the votes, were fakedy the authorities.
Shpilkin is a well known scientist and has produced studies of the raw voting numbers in each of the last two general elections that have shown the extent of falsification.
