The National Securities and Stock Market Commission in t4he first week of April revoked the license of Ukrainian Stock Exchange. Founded in 1991, the Ukrainian Stock Exchange, or UFB, was the first stock exchange in Ukraine. The reason cited was: “failure to carry out...professional activity on the stock market during the year.”
The board of directors of Ferrexpo offers the shareholders final dividends for 2020 at $ 0.132 per share for approval, compared with final dividends for 2019 at $ 0.033 per share in 2019.
