Due to the lack of fuel, 20 units and 1 building of TPP and CHP are not working. As of December 6, 20 units (out of 85) and 1 building of TPPs and CHPs with a total capacity of 7.26 GW were out of order in Ukraine due to lack of fuel. As a result, the actual coal reserves at 12 thermal power plants are lower than necessary, according to the Ministry of Energy. The total coal reserves of 123.2 thousand tonnes were found at the three TPPs of the state-owned Centrenergo, with a minimum allowable 227.6 thousand tons.

Kherson seaport was transferred to a concession. On December 23, the Ministry of Infrastructure, the Seaports Administration, Risoil-Kherson, and the Port of Kherson signed acts to transfer property to the Kherson Sea Commercial Port for 30 years. The total amount of investments in the port is UAH 320mn ($12mn). The concessionaire company plans to modernize and reconstruct equipment, mechanize warehouses, and install additional silos. For this purpose, the investment schedule has been approved, and technical projects have been developed. One of the concession agreement conditions is to increase to 80% the share of cargo going to the port by inland waterway and rail transport, " announced on Facebook Ministry of Infrastructure.
Antonov demonstrated the next generation of its military transport aircraft, An-178-100R for certification tests. An-178-100R is a new generation aircraft that can transport personnel, deliver weapons, and light military equipment by landing and parachute methods, and transport cargo. The aircraft is designed to carry up to 100 people, people in need of medical evacuation (40 people on standard ambulance stretchers, 38 people inside seats accompanied by four paramedics), and up to 86 paratroopers. The General Director of Antonov, Serhiy Bychkov said “this is the first aircraft of this generation in a constructive, ergonomic, managerial plan created in the post-Soviet space”.

Dragon Capital investment company is implementing office real estate projects planned before the coronavirus crisis and is temporarily not considering investments in new projects, the founder and CEO of Dragon Capital investment company, Tomas Fiala, has said.
