accounted for 70% of all Turkish exports of the fruit. While some shipments are being redirected, the Russian hole, worth a quarter of a billion dollars a year, is just too big to fill. Turkey is hitting back by effectively barring purchases of wheat from Russia, the world’s largest supplier. That’s a retaliation fraught with risks for a country that’s the world’s biggest flour exporter and one of the biggest per capita consumers of bread.
9.1.7  TMT sector news
The Russian advertising market (excluding VAT) increased 11% y/y  and reached RUB 360bn in 2016 (the 2015 numbers were restated), according to the Association of Russian Advertisers (AKAR) FY16 estimates.
The TV ad segment  increased 10% y/y, underpinned by the establishment of the united TV ad seller National Advertising Alliance and the recovery of ad placements on niche channels.
The Out-of-Home segment  (includes outdoor, indoor ad and ads in transport and in cinemas) was up 6% y/y in 2016 and showed a recovery after the weak performance in 2015. The recovery on the outdoor market was primarily noticeable in Moscow and was spurred by the growth of digital billboard.
The radio ad segment  increased 6% y/y.
The paper ad segment  was down again in 2016, though its decline
