TIMING
“Timing is Everything.” We will collaborate with you on a marketing and pricing strategy to take advantage of the first few weeks your home is listed on the market. We want to take full advantage of this window of opportunity that buyers and their agents discover your home. It is during this period that prospective buyers are most likely to visit and make offers. We like to list all homes on Thursday each week with showings to begin on Friday. This allows us to drum up a lot of buzz around your house for the weekend. After all, the majority of buyers are searching on the weekends.
